dk555 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform in Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and dk555, the operator of the platform available at dk555.click ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bet.

By completing the registration process on dk555, or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use dk555.

These Terms apply to all services offered on dk555, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, football betting, live casino, roulette, ludo games, and esports betting. Additional terms for specific promotions or products may apply and will be published alongside those offers.

To use dk555, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a dk555 employee, where this would create a conflict of interest.

dk555 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), B-Form, or Passport. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe stated in the request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any losses incurred, and winnings will be forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on dk555. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan, and a secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through your account.

You must notify dk555 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting support@dk555.click or via our live chat. dk555 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred through unauthorised access where the member failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

• Account information must be kept current and accurate at all times.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person.
• Using another person's account, with or without their permission, is prohibited.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

All deposits to your dk555 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds using a payment method belonging to another person. Attempting to do so is grounds for account suspension.

dk555 does not charge deposit fees on its side. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges – these are outside dk555's control. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees and remain in PKR for the life of the account.

dk555 reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used. Deposits made from unverified or disputed payment sources may be held pending review. If a deposit is found to have been made fraudulently, it will be reversed and the account suspended.

Withdrawals from your dk555 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 200
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes at any time of day or night.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours during banking hours.
• dk555 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank or wallet provider are separate.

dk555 may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard compliance procedure and is not specific to any individual. Documents required may include a copy of your CNIC and a brief statement of account ownership. Providing these promptly ensures your withdrawal is not delayed.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the specific bonus offer. Only real-money funds that have satisfied applicable requirements will be available for withdrawal.

All bets placed on dk555 are subject to the general and sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform. These rules determine how bets are settled in all circumstances including abandoned events, rule changes, and disputed outcomes.

• Bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. dk555 does not honour bets placed on obvious pricing errors.
• The minimum single bet stake is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip.
• Once a bet is confirmed and placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Cash-Out option is exercised where available.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system validation. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required playing time is completed, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets on markets that were already resolved before an abandonment stand as settled.
• If an event result is subject to an official inquiry or appeal, dk555 reserves the right to withhold settlement until a final result is confirmed.

Accumulator bets with one voided selection are treated as if that selection were not part of the accumulator and the remaining legs continue. A two-selection accumulator where one selection is voided becomes a single bet.

dk555 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market at its discretion. This applies particularly to accounts that show consistent patterns of exploiting early or incorrectly priced odds.

All bonuses and promotions offered by dk555 are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general bonus conditions below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonus offers are available to one account per household, IP address, and device.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members making their first deposit on dk555 only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x). These must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must generally be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period.

• Game malfunctions that affect the outcome of a round will result in the round being voided and stakes returned. This decision is final.
• Disconnection during a live casino game round does not affect the game outcome. Results are determined server-side and your final balance reflects the actual outcome.
• All Ludo game rooms use a certified RNG for dice outcomes. Results cannot be influenced by any external factor.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and may differ from the platform's general betting limits.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own pay-out rules which are displayed within the game.

Any attempt to exploit game software errors, RNG patterns, or communication delays to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. dk555 actively monitors game play for such activity and will close accounts where it is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account individually or in coordination with others.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bonus offers in a systematic or coordinated manner ("bonus abuse"), including but not limited to using multiple accounts or coordinated wagering to meet requirements without genuine risk.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any event or game offered on dk555.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means including fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose beyond personal entertainment betting.
• Publishing, scraping, or redistributing odds, markets, or other Platform content without written authorisation.

dk555 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where illegal activity is suspected. Any funds identified as proceeds of crime will be reported and frozen pending investigation.

dk555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months may be moved to dormant status. Members will be contacted before this happens.
• At the member's own request (self-closure or self-exclusion).

On closure for breach of Terms, any balance held in the account will be reviewed before release. Winnings arising from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Deposits made through legitimate means will generally be returned, subject to deduction of any applicable losses and investigation costs where fraud is established.
